Community Garden

This project documents a community garden on Chicago's way north side. The garden is sandwiched between the Metra railroad tracks and a retirement home. Mostly elderly and ethnic, these gardeners use what they have to make something out of nothing.

Up North

Up North is a photographic essay about the quest of the simple life and people's escape to the last wilderness. Minnesota, Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and Ontario are all subjects of this project.
